Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your order. If you're not completely happy, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return
- Email us at support@gardenwhisker.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Once we receive and check your item, we'll process your refund or exchange and let you know by email.
Condition of returns
Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
